1. Platform Identification
WeStreamSports is a digital platform dedicated to the online streaming of sports events on a pay-per-view basis, where access to content may depend on the prior purchase of a digital ticket.
The platform may provide live broadcasts, replays, VOD content, event pages, customer area, payment systems, and communications related to the events.
2. Acceptance of the Terms
By using this website, creating an account, purchasing tickets, or watching any broadcast, the user declares that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must not use the platform or purchase tickets through it.
3. User Account
To purchase tickets or access certain content, it may be necessary to create a user account.
- The user is responsible for providing truthful and up-to-date information.
- Access to the account is personal and must not be shared with third parties.
- The user is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password.
- The platform may block suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent access.
4. Purchase of Digital Tickets
The purchase of a digital ticket grants the user the right to access the event indicated on the purchase page, according to the conditions presented there.
- The ticket is personal and non-transferable, unless expressly stated otherwise.
- Access may be linked to the email address, user account or purchase reference.
- The ticket does not grant any rights regarding the recording, redistribution or rebroadcasting of the event.
- Purchase confirmation may be sent by email or displayed in the customer area.
5. Payments
Payments may be made using the methods available at the time of purchase, including, where applicable, bank card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Multibanco, MB WAY or other payment methods made available by the platform.
Access to the event may only be activated after effective payment confirmation. For asynchronous payment methods, such as Multibanco, confirmation may not be immediate.
We recommend completing payment well in advance of the event start time to avoid delays in accessing the stream.
6. Access to Streams
After payment confirmation, the user may access the stream through their account, the event page or another method indicated by the platform.
- Access is intended solely for the authorized purchaser.
- The platform may limit simultaneous sessions to protect the service.
- Sharing access, codes, private links or credentials is prohibited.
- Access may be blocked in cases of misuse or suspected fraud.
7. Replay, VOD and Content Availability
When indicated on the event page, content may remain available in replay or VOD format for a limited period after the live broadcast.
Unless otherwise stated on the event page, replay may remain available for up to 10 days after the live stream.
Replay availability may depend on technical factors, image rights, organizer authorizations, sports regulations or other external limitations.
8. User Technical Requirements
For the best viewing experience, the user should ensure they have suitable equipment and internet connection.
- Stable internet connection, preferably 10 Mbps or higher.
- Updated browser such as Chrome, Edge, Firefox or Safari.
- Recent device capable of online video playback.
- Active sound on the device, browser, operating system and player.
Problems caused by internet failures, outdated equipment, blockers, local configurations, VPNs, outdated browsers or unstable networks are not the direct responsibility of the platform.
9. Technical Failures and Interruptions
WeStreamSports makes every effort to ensure the best possible stream quality but cannot guarantee uninterrupted operation under all circumstances.
Issues may occur related to internet connectivity at the venue, power outages, equipment failures, external platforms, servers, weather conditions, organizer restrictions or other factors beyond the platform’s direct control.
Whenever possible, measures will be taken to restore the service or make the content available later in replay format.
10. Cancellations and Refunds
Refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, considering the reason for the request, the event status, the access already used by the user and the specific conditions announced on the event page.
- If the event is permanently cancelled, a refund may be issued.
- If the event is postponed, the ticket may remain valid for the new date.
- Technical issues on the user’s side do not automatically guarantee a refund.
- When replay is available, it may be considered an alternative form of access to the content.
For any request analysis, the user must contact support indicating the purchase email, event, date, payment method and description of the issue.
11. Prohibited Use
It is expressly prohibited to:
- Record, copy, rebroadcast or redistribute the stream without authorization.
- Share private links, credentials or paid access.
- Attempt to bypass payment, authentication or content protection systems.
- Use the platform for illegal, abusive or fraudulent purposes.
- Interfere with the security, stability or technical operation of the service.
12. Image Rights and Intellectual Property
All content made available on the platform, including video, audio, graphics, images, texts, trademarks, layouts and technical elements, is protected by copyright, related rights, image rights or other applicable rights.
The purchase of a ticket grants only a limited personal viewing license for the event and does not transfer any ownership rights over the content.
13. Personal Data and Privacy
The processing of personal data is carried out in accordance with the platform’s Privacy Policy, including data necessary for account creation, payment processing, invoicing, support and fraud prevention.

14. Changes to the Terms
The platform may update these Terms and Conditions whenever necessary, namely for legal, technical, commercial or operational reasons.
